Pokemon white/black dragonite?

i have dragonite with the ability multiscale hes adamant nature with 252 ev in attack and 252 ev in speed and 4 in hp his attacks are dragon dance, roost, outrage, and brick break just to take care of ice and rock could u rate my dragonite and give some ideas on what item i could put on him and if you have a better move set tell me. please. =)
